Grant Bosse of New Hampshire Watchdog explained to national talk show host and former Presidential candidate Fred Thompson why he’s running for New Hampshire’s “Fighting Double Zero” congressional district. “Just because we don’t exist doesn’t mean we don’t count.”

Bosse and other state Watchdog reporters discovered 440 phantom Congressional districts listed on Recovery.gov as having received Federal “stimulus” dollars to “create or save” jobs. The phantom districts have since been removed and the GAO issued a report citing data errors on the site.
