U.S. House Financial Disclosure Statements for Moore, Yoder and Scherer
Print This Article
Late Friday we obtained the 2010 U.S. House Financial Disclosure Statements for three KS-3 candidates:
- Stephene Moore (D, Lenexa)
- Thomas Scherer (D, Prairie Village)
- Kevin Yoder (R, Overland Park)
These disclosure statements are filed with the Clerk of the U.S. House. The Clerk periodically sends these statements filed in DC to the Kansas Secretary of State in Topeka. Neither the Clerk of the House nor the Kansas Secretary of State publishes these statements online.
Many of the candidates have not yet filed these statements, and may not be required to until they raise a certain amount in campaign funds.
All of the disclosure statements that we can find for Kansas candidates for federal office in 2010 can be found on this page:
Financial disclosure statements show areas of potential conflicts of interests based on ownership and business interests. These three are an update to our June 25 report.
